Of course if any of you have been following the last few posts, you'll have heard of the name change that these birds have gone through. Most of these photos were taken on the west side of the river along the abandoned RR track. The photos were taken at feeder stations set up in the forest by a very caring person.There are no males, which have a red bib, although number 2 is likely a juvenile,and therefore gender unspecified at the moment. They are from the Tundra Forests north of me and are likely returning from a cross border visit, which upset all authorities. For the full story see my earlier post.
