A Pine Sisken and Friends Of The Vermilon River. A Post To MWT and WBW.

The morning sky as well as the weatherman promised a bit of sun for today, and the weatherman was right on.

After the pink grey passed, the sky turned gold which reflected off the cloud.

The brighter weather brought us a bit of luck with an opportunity to get some close ups of this Pine Sisken who elected to flock with the Redpolls. I've seen them this year on the west side of the river, but never close up. If you look closely at his tail you'll see yellow flashes.
