A Dedication to Our South Korean Readers From Boom & Me of The Vermilon River

Boom and I have not seen you since your time of turmoil began. So during this time we wish to dedicate these photos of beautiful, interesting birds, which are native to our area,to you.We hope they provide some peaceful contemplation, which will help alleviate,at least in a small way,the stress you are living under.I think they are Chipping Sparrows.

Best regards from Boom & Me of The Vermilon River.

  2. Pretty sparrows! The bright red cap makes them look like Chipping Sparrows but notice the bicolored beak and the dark spot on the chest: characteristics of an American Tree Sparrow.

  10. They are pretty little birds, understated in their apparel.
I liked your crow post, too. We have lots of crows and magpies and I really like them - such bright, clever birds.
