you did not get this much snow already! these are last year's images, yes?!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots Gary, against the snow those bird images look like studio portraits. Love the detail in the feathers when enlarged. Of course, I always enjoy looking at Boomer, he is a handsome guy.
ReplyDeleteI adore the waxwing. Such a gorgeous bird.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh this is wonderful. The slideshow really brings out the beauty of the birds -- and your amazing talent in photographing them. (Is that something you've just added? What a great feature. )
ReplyDeleteEvery picture is perfect. Boomer too!
Hey Gary,
ReplyDeleteIs there already snow at your place? I love snow.
And what a brillant photo's of my favorit bird.
Thanks for sharing.
Marijke
A brilliant post Gary, it's great to see Boomer featured... Winter is just around the corner... the months don't half fly by.

ReplyDeleteHi Gary
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely series, Boomer and Huegy look great and the landscapes are lovely. I am impressed with your promotion, Keepers of the Vermilon River Forest has a nice ring to it and I am sure Boomer and Huegy can be trusted to keep you from getting too carried away.
Congrads and all the best.
Guy
Beautiful pics of 'what is to come' although the snow is better than this daily rain, I am not in a hurry for the snow to come, Boomer is the only one ready for it, with his fur coat!! :)
ReplyDeleteLord, I forget what a beautiful dog Boomer is. Wow. Great series Gary, with a wonderful mystical send off. Your pictures are beautifully taken, the redpoll really knocks me out!
