Great shots like always!
In Toronto there is not a lot of snow on the ground right now.
Last week I walked along the Scarborough Bluffs and Lake Ontario. MY pictures can be viewed here:
Have nice Sunday,
Great series of shots. You have a lot of snow, looks pristine and fresh. Enjoyed your birds, how do you do that white frame and put description on the bottom of photo? Do you use a special program for it? Have a good one!ReplyDelete
beautiful snows. lovely doves. laughed out loud at the squirrel tail. :)ReplyDelete
The birds and beautiful snow scenes you saw are fantastic. I especially enjoyed the snowy paths and trees since we do not get snow here.ReplyDelete

Beautiful Gary!!! The redpoll photo just above the 'successful crow' I like best. But, BRRRRRR, that looks way too cold for this ol' lady! LOLReplyDelete
Thanks for linking up at the Bird D'Pot this weekend. Have a glorious week!
Stunning photos, as always. The squirrel's tail wave!!! Take care, both of you, if the days again give your almost all seasons in a day. Cheers from Jean.p.s. If I had to pick just one, the squirrel would get my vote, perfect.ReplyDelete
Great image series showing :) Hanne BenteReplyDelete

Very nice wildlife and scenery, I love the snow and wish we would get a good storm. But that's a little cold for my taste.ReplyDelete
You live in such a beautiful part of the world. Thank-you for sharing so much with the rest of us. Enjoy your week.ReplyDelete

An ornithologist's delight, if s/he wraps up warmly!ReplyDelete
Lovely to see so many redpolls are still up there, Gary. I have so many in my yard these days that I thought they were all here. :))ReplyDelete

Wonderful winter photos! Thanks for sharing them with us.ReplyDelete
Beautiful pictures—and skies!ReplyDelete
And we think we've got it cold here! UK would fold up if we experienced the sort of temperatures you've mentioned Gary. I bet Boomer likes the snow!!ReplyDelete
Great birds and great images!
This would make a great slide show!ReplyDelete
Nice series! But how cold you have! Brrr....ReplyDelete
Like the squirrel tail! :)
A great series of photos. The snow looks beautiful - especially as we are still sweltering in above average temperatures and heat.ReplyDelete
Sweet series Gary!ReplyDelete
Sounds like Kansas weather-warm, cold, warm, cold. Great selection of shots--always fun to visit your posts. Mickie ;)ReplyDelete
Great serie of photos!ReplyDelete
The "dove tree" is my favorite among all the beautiful pictures. They look so lovely in the graceful bare tree branches. Nothing to say about your weather, because you already know how I feel! (I am really happy for you and Boomer that you can get outside though -- and I suspect he likes your weather now better than he does summertime).ReplyDelete
Spectacularly beautiful pics!ReplyDelete
As always, your photos are amazing. They make me glad I'm in the middle of summer now!ReplyDelete
It does look cold where you are, but it's beautiful. Great pictures, especially the birds.ReplyDelete
Wow. There are a lot of very beautiful photos. I enjoyed your photos very much. Thank yo for sharing.ReplyDelete
Great series of shots!ReplyDelete
Super Redpoll shots Gary.ReplyDelete
Gorgeous slide show!ReplyDelete
Boom must be in his element in this kind of weather. I think a mid point between what we have here today and the weather in this post would be just fine - ie it's rather hot!!ReplyDelete
Nice set of pictures.
Cheers and thanks for the link to WBW.

I know, I've been here before. This time I decided that the coy dove was my favorite. But what I really came back for was to ask if "convocation" was the collective noun for a group of doves or if you made it up. It is perfect. Years ago my dad had a book that gave all those collective nouns but I can't find it.ReplyDelete
All your photos are fantastic, but my favorite is the glinting snow in “sunny trail.”ReplyDelete
your photos are simply wonderful !!!ReplyDelete
